All vendor complaints with respect to a call, whether addressed to elected officials or administrative staff, are to be referred to the Chief Purchasing Official for resolution. 1. All vendor complaints with respect to a recommendation for award must be in writing. 2.The Director of Purchasing and Materials Management reviews the objection within 48 hours where possible and determines if a meeting would resolve the complaint.
